Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty and hair accessories must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify.

Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or hair product residue.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
